OniWyze Terms of Service

For sellers on our platform.

Agreement

By using OniWyze, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping Responsibility

  • All suppliers and sellers are responsible for handling and paying their own shipping.
  • OniWyze does not cover, refund, or replace packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in shipping.
  • If a package is lost or damaged, the seller/supplier must handle the situation with their chosen courier.

Payments

  • All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • OniWyze does not hold or guarantee funds after transfer to the seller.

Disputes

  • Buyers must contact the seller directly for disputes about shipping or delivery.
  • OniWyze may assist in communication but is not liable for shipping or delivery failures.

Account Rules

  • You must provide accurate business and product information.
  • Fraud, fake products, or scams will result in account suspension.

Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you understand you (the seller) are fully responsible for shipping and delivery costs. OniWyze provides the marketplace platform only and does not act as a courier or insurer.
